Adominus Intelligence is an AI automation company based in San Antonio, Texas. We build and deploy AI-powered solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on process automation, workflow integration, and custom chatbot development.
Most AI consulting firms chase enterprise contracts and leave smaller businesses behind. We exist to fill that gap. We work with business owners across industries like restaurants, healthcare, legal, retail, real estate, and professional services to implement AI that actually pays for itself, typically within 3 to 6 months.
Our team brings together finance, software engineering, and hands-on AI development experience. We built our own internal orchestration platform so we can move from identifying a problem to shipping a working solution fast. Ryan leads the technology vision at Adominus Intelligence, architecting AI solutions that bridge the gap between modern automation and practical business operations. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and worked as a financial analyst before moving into tech. That background gives him a unique design perspective when building financial automation.
His background in financial modeling and analysis means every solution Adominus deploys is grounded in measurable ROI, not theoretical promises. Ryan specializes in building AI-powered automation systems and custom solutions that deliver real cost savings and efficiency gains for small and medium-sized businesses.
Kyle Williams

Kyle drives the strategic direction and client relationships at Adominus Intelligence. A graduate of Central Washington University, he has built his career at the intersection of finance, real estate, and technology — giving him firsthand understanding of how AI transforms traditional industries where adoption has historically lagged behind.
Holding multiple AI certifications, Kyle specializes in translating complex AI capabilities into clear business strategies that SMB owners can understand, budget for, and act on. He enjoys public speaking and is passionate about eliminating the technology gap between enterprise corporations and Main Street companies.
Why We Started Adominus Intelligence
The idea for Adominus Intelligence came from a simple belief: all businesses should have help to implement AI.
Our co-founders Kyle Williams and Ryan Ramirez have watched the AI revolution unfold in real time. Large enterprises have been deploying AI at scale: automating customer service, predicting demand, streamlining operations. But when they looked around at the small businesses they worked with and knew personally (the local restaurants, the independent law firms, the family-run retailers), none of them had access to any of it.
It wasn't because these businesses don't need AI. They need it more than anyone. They are the ones drowning in manual work, losing customers to bigger competitors, and making critical decisions on a hunch instead of data. The problem is that every AI consulting firm in the market was built to serve Fortune 500 companies with seven-figure budgets. Small business owners are invisible to them.
